This strategic move increases the company’s total Bitcoin portfolio to over 15,000 BTC, reinforcing its long-term commitment to digital asset adoption and blockchain innovation.
The newly acquired Bitcoin, valued at approximately $320 million based on current market prices, was purchased through a combination of private transactions and over-the-counter (OTC) deals to minimize market impact. Strategi confirmed that the assets have been securely transferred to its institutional-grade cold storage wallets, managed by industry-leading custodians.
In a statement, CEO Elena Rodriguez emphasized the company’s confidence in Bitcoin’s role as a transformative financial asset.
